When the double xp went live early, early this morning there was, in fact, double FS xp. At some point they shifted it so that you only get double regular xp and once converted, that xp only converts for the normal amount. So, if you'd normally get 120k of crafting xp in an hour, you'll now get it in half an hour, but for that 120k of regular xp, you'll still only get 24k of FS, whereas, early this morning, you were getting 48k.

I can confirm this, it displays the system message as if you recieved the normal amount, but you actually do get double. I had banked up a bunch of xp hoping this would be so, now it's time to start doing some seriousFS banking

Why don't they give us some patch notes when they butcher things like this?

Still 4x on conversion on Chimaera confirmed in a chat channel a few minutes ago.
The message still says the standard rate, but when you press CTRL+S you have received 4x exp...

Yesterday I experienced this as well on Eclipse. The system message says converted to X amount of xp (the normal rate). However check your experience sheet as mentioned above and you'll notice you got 2x the xp. This works out great, because I can take my wife's alt character and now quickly finish mastering the crafting trees.

When I converted my scout xp last night (3rd cap of the day, woot) I didn't watch too closely but I'm fairly sure it was still double fs xp as well. And for scout xp I've been hunting tortons, bolle bols, and gurks mainly - always in a level 80 group. I"m 4/4/4/0 ranger so that helps too I'm sure. 
I also make sure to get an Inspriation buff for the extra 10% xp.

Last night before server crash on Bria I converted 1.2 mil 1 handed, 1.1 mil unarmed and 900k+ scouting and CH xp..I got to village and converted and got 2 more boxes.
This morning after rollback I went back to convert and guess what??? I didn't get ANY boxes THE CONVERSION WAS NOT THE SAME....HAS THE CONVERSION RATE BEEN CHANGED OR HAVE I BEEN ROBBED???????????????????????

I don't see how it is 4 x FS xp? But, anyway, it is being nerfed. I figured this out while going to bed last night. I was like "Hmmm I remember not having that much before." And then I confirmed it this morning. But alas, they are nerfing. I so wanted to get through the week getting a tree. Perhaps I still can. I just wish I would have capped 4 times instead of one.

Is it still not giving out double XP for FS? No one was getting double XP earlier for any professionas the servers for some reason stopped giving it out, so it may have just been something to do with that?
