This sith arer only hard if you're under CL 80.

If you're over that then you'll be totally fine.

I just fought them yesterday. I am M Comm/ M Pistol (not that the commando helps any) CL80. Two CL77 Sith showed up just as I was doing something else (examining another PC to read their bio). I have assault armor (pre-CU) except for chest which has Reb Marine armor. I took heavy damage, but mainly because of the surprise. Once I fought back they went down fast.

When I attacked their camp, there were three of them, but they fought me one at a time, so it was really easy. I don't think I took 10% damage in that fight.
