Are these trials only for jedi?

How about the current jedi knight trials?

I assume so

I hate to speculate on the trials at this time. I just hope that they patch this one in with everything working. Good luck getting that one though

Oh god, don't give them ideas!

I can see it now...

KILL KILL KILL is the last thing the game needs. From what I've heard, they will be missions over time, which could mean "go kill <mob> <mob> and <mob> within a week" or "go kill <mob> and then wait a week and come back to talk to me". Jedi QUESTS shouldn't be KILL KILL KILL, that isn't a QUEST.

Jedi QUEST, devs, Jedi QUEST!!

the new jedi trials will be completed when you find a new nemoidian bird cage, (stock up now) open it, and it will tell you to master a profession

How do you begin the quests to become a Jedi?

I've been asking the same question, and once you do the quests will it be to unlock a FS character slot on another server or the one you do the quests on?

The quest system to unlock is coming in pub 10. All you can do now is grind holos for credit toward that..if you have several profs mastered you might unlock, but you wont get to make your jedi until pub 10.

But when Pub 10 comes out will you do the quests to unlock a FS slot or to become a Jedi on that character? And when will Pub 10 come out?

My understanding is that after publish 10, the character that you are using to do the Jedi quests will become Force-Sensitive once you've gained enough XP and trained enough of the force-sensitive skill boxes.. Then you can start the Jedi trials. I don't think there is much, if any information about the Jedi Trials at this point. Once you have completed these Jedi Trials, you will be able to train as a Jedi Padawan and start leveling your Jedi.

Since your "main" becomes force sensitive now (instead of unlocking a separate force-sensitive only slot, like happned before patch 9), you will be able to create a 2nd character on your same server if you choose, but that will be a normal character, just like any other.

Hopefully this helps clear it up a little
