was there a server reset to end double xp cause it was still phase 4 when i left for work a few hours ago.
I was bugged and couldnt even TAKE my phase 4. My phase 3 mission that i never could finish is stuck in my journal.

i play on bria server. its currently on phase 1 so i dunno about your server.

your post gives me some hope. and yes ive tried talkin to noldan many times. i even went so far as to go ahead and feel my trees and see if he would then let me do the melee tree. no luck........

the same happened to me and i sent a bug and a ticket. and some of my group members got the same captain crap, but they could still train...well i decided to mosey on over and have a chat with noldan, seeing as how i just banked a nice amount of xp,well the trandosaysall i can learn is stupid survival 1(which i accidently unlocked:robotmad
no melee defence at all, even though i have enough for atleast the first 2 boxes...and this was just a few days ago when i decided to pick up the grind again...looks like i have to wait till the next phase 4 if what i am hearing is right.."after phase change, your shafted"

Yes there is hope.
Send in a fresh ticket.
Make sure to note that I also 'failed' the mission according to spatial,
yet quest journal shows complete and the CSR was able to unlock the branch.

I feel your pain, EXCEPT i didn't get a failed message i says i completed but it still won't unlock, Ticket#3657100 now if a csr see this he can get off his butt and FIX ME >.<

same hear nolan and the rest of village say i havent unlocked. im still hoping for responce to my ticket. it did say i had unlocked in then sytem message spam telling me wich skills i have exp for when i was trying to grind jtl,but when i rushed to village it still says no

Yes I am on BRIA.
CSR's name is in the screenshot. (Please don't start trying to send him tells, they only spaz when people do that)
Make a fresh ticket.
I would suggest making it a similarly concise, non-griefing, REQUEST that they review your status and unlock the relevant branch.
I think I filed mine under MISSIONS > INTERACTIVE NPCS after reading similar suggestions on another post on the FS boards.

I have this same issue. I have out in many tickets on it with no response what so ever. My friend has it also Put in 1 ticket and in 2 hours they had him fixed. I just want my tree unlocked!
