Is this the one where you're looking for old mmbers of a band or something? If so then the NPC is in the cantina in Mos Eisley, standing at the bar. The WP only leads to the cantina door.

I had to restart my first trial. I had tried re-logging and re-zoning but the guy wouldn't come back. I restarted that particular trial though and it worked properly. For me there were two options at the shrine. One was to restart the entire trail and one to just restart the current trial. If you're not seeing them both then maybe expand that window some? I know mine was defaulted to a size that was really too small to read all the options.

Other than that I don't know of any way to make the NPC re-appear.

You can restart as many times as you need. Restarting is not the same as failing. If you fail 3 times, you have to start over.

You can restart the trial you are on as many times as you want. If you fail 3 trials then you must start over.

yeah, if there bugged and u gotta restart you can do it 30000000 times. If it says you have failed the trial or w/e(dont know cause i never failed) then you have to restart after the 3rd time you have failed. So if you fail trial 3 6 and 11, then you ahve to restart at 1. If trial 3 6 and 11 bug and you have to restart, then you can keep going.
