do you infact have all the xp required to train the box your looking for?
Dunno if this is a lilly question, but nowhere do you state that you have done any grinding apart fro the actual quest.
You need to get normal Xp then convert this at the dude in the middle and when you have enough force xp you can get a skill

guess i should give more info. Ive ground out some lines, i have novice reflexes trained and enough reflex exp to train the first box of either melee def or vehicle control. I pretty much know all there is to know about the village or anything else outside of actual jedi.
