Its at the backside of the city, dont know the exact cords, but keep heading towards the city once u leave the starport, and its on the oposite side, about 200-300m past the wall.

If you want to get out of that -5000 hole with Nym, you need to kill the following:

Blood Razors
Canyon Corsairs

Those two are certain, these next two, I'm not certain about:

Mercenaries
Marooned Pirates

All of the NPC's listed above are found on the planet Lok, and it doesn't take many to get back into positive Nym's faction.

Smack me if I'm wrong but isn't it Pirate faction you should be worried about? I had a fairly low Nym rep and got in without aggro. But when I came back after killing a few pirates, my Pirate rep was like -4000 and the elite guards outside aggroed and slew me.

I did the quests with -5k Nym's, I get aggro'd all the time at Nym's. The white (names)guys don't care, they still talk to you. Just be sure to have decent combat skills and you will be fine. You may even get some nice weapon enhancements. I am TKM/Doc, so nothing too elite. If you are at all concerned, just go in from behind the city, don't walk past the cantina and such.

-1000 should be passable without getting aggroed.

Correct. I also did the Nym theme park with -5000 Nym faction - the NPCs inside will give you the missions, but the guards outside will shoot you on sight!
