Sadly there is no way to get an in-game answer to what phase you are in. The community is tracking this closly though, so it'll be pretty easy to find the answer.

Huh? Second phase should start on Tuesday Sept 21 since the first phase started on Tuesday Aug 31 when Publish 10 went live.

September 21st is a Tuesday (today is the Friday the 17th). And the 21st is when the next phase should start if it really is exactly 3 weeks per phase. Guess we'll see.

the patch was released late on a friday so today should be 2nd phase but after making use wait 3 friggin week s we gota wait anoth 4 days on t9op of it

My God people! It's called a calendar. Look at it. It will tell you both the date AND the day. Technology is wonderfull.

It's 3 weeks of server up time though so it's probably more in the range of 22-24 days between phases. I am guessing there is about an hour of downtime every day and then on patch days it is longer sometimes.
So your calcs were probably pretty close for Phase I but as the phases continue in the future it will be harder to verfiy exactly when one phase started.

Is there a way to tell what phase the village is in other than by the look of the village or the quest being given?

I don't know of any other way to tell what phase the village is in. The obvious is the change in the village itself.
Patch 10 released 31 Aug..
21 days later - Phase 2 starts
21 days later - Phase 3 starts....etc
I just got out my calender and counted days.

Greetings... would someone please be so kind as to tip me where to find the BEST URL of Information revealing Force Village Phases and the rewards for NPCs, unlocks etc.....
What I am keen to know ASAP is what phase we are in now and what EXACT rewards are offered by which EXACT Npcs?
