if you play your cards right, you dont' need a ton of crystals. training 1,400,000 jedi xp will take one color one damage crystal. Of course if you use second gen or higher sabers you'll burn through faster, but if you read the jedi boards, many jedi prefer to grind with first gen to save crystals.

My guildie has a room full as well. When he madePadi he went through examining each one and called it out for the other guildies. 90% were poor quality....lol. What horrible odds huh?

correct.
i'm not a jedi yet but i will be the moment the next phase goes live. Also i have had the crystals checked and this is what it came out as......
Poor: 1
Fair: 29
Good: 55
Quality: 36
Premium: 19(21 including pearls)
I also have another 6 Qualitys to pick up off of my vender

ive used one crystal so far to get within 100k of sabers 3 and i have all novices and enahncer 0001. not sure what that adds up to in XP which is about 1.4 mill and i have used about 200 points of condition. still have 750 more on it. but i am only putting 500k more xp on this crystal before i get sabers 3 and channel. then i will switch over to crappy FS cost crystals with good damage i wouldnt otherwise use to finish the grind.
but for colour crystals only the durability matters.
