You can dabble in any of the trees that you want to. You will not unlock Jedi unless you get 6 of the teir 4 boxes. There isn't a limit of how many skill points you can use at the village as long as you have some avaiable from your 250.

I think you are wrong buddy..

It simply requires 24fs cells..

nothing about branches or trees with squirrels..

uh....if that is how you feel, then by all means try to unlock by not completing 6 branches, and just get 24 boxes in any manner you chose. And oh, tell me when you unlock.
