Also some of the crafting quests are capped, meaning only the first X people or the best X crafters get the rewards.

There are caps as to who gets "the better" rewards...but everyone who completes the quest is supposed to receive some reward..and that's according to the stickies! I will submit yet another ticket..it's just annoying! thanks tho! and on a side-note..on my server i placed 2nd place for the phase 3 unlock quest..you'd think that would've qualified for a "better" reward? and i was also the first one to unlock it..w/ some help from my guildies i had all the ore i needed to walk in hours after the phase change and just sit there and craft until i unlocked..so that doesn't seem to matter either 
back to the thankless grind i guess.....

well, i got my jedi and all, but i just want to do the quests for the banner and for the pieces for the scuplture
