Someone told me to kill all aggros and nests in area where Sith camp is supposed to spawn.

After clearing out the area (I had to destroy a few spawns twice) the Sith spawned and I was able to kill and loot so I could have access to village.

I can see how that would work but I wonder if would still work after waiting 'a few months'.

That's a hellova long time to wait before taking any action

You need to put in a Customer Service Ticket - bug tickets tend not to get a responce.
