Ok good for commandos or peeps who wanna become commando....

YET there is another option for non-commando chars

I am a master doc / master swordsman and i use C12 nades

Buy crates of C12 nades, head to dantooine and join a solo group
Look for piket protector missions from term
Head to lair, hit ONCE with WOC and place yourself in the middle of the lair
MAKE SURE LAIR IS TARGETTED !!!
You will get attacked by the pikets
Start throwing nades at lair and only at lair
The pikets will go down after a while and give you 5K combat xp and another 500 combat xp
Not only protectors will spawn, also ordinary pikets and they give a bit less combat xp

Nevertheless 1 MISSION will give me about 55K combat XP

It is not as fast as the commando nade stuff, but hey i dont want to become a commando lol

Nice post and good info, just an fyi for those who arent Commandos and need to gride. you can also use this trick to boost your combat xp. You use c12 Granades. though this isnt has damaging to the MOB's and you will need to kill them with a weapon it can give you 500-1k extra combat xp along with what you get for killing them. I usually use 2 sets of 5 granades on 5 mobs then start beating them to death. I also use about the same abount on the lair at the start and 1 or 2 at the end. Its a waste of "nades" but its still faster and c12's don't cost that much when you find them for sale. I also use the same Mob mission types just because they are "easier" to hit with a c12.

I've done 4 of 6 rows so far this way and it only took 3 or 4 days per row (after unlock of course)

My interest in the whole FS system went up a notch earlier this week once I began using grenades. Before grenades the grind was unbearable.

Now it's easy. I seriously think I can finish up the FS grind by the end of next month. This is too blasted easy. :-D

/bump

Great grinding method.

Personally tried this out, and it's the best method I've seen to date.

Great Post, Effulgence. 5 Stars.

BTW Guys thanks for the bumps. I capped out last night 5 times in less than 2 Buffers and have only 1 FS branch to go!

FYI To make you feel sorry for me I did 24 proffessions (Including BH Merchant WS AS etc) and only got 3 unlocks ....

I'll probably post a guide for paddy trials etc even though i know there are some out there!
