I was able to convert the xp last night. The trainer fella is harder to reach... I usually hit the wall and go behind the house he's standing near then talk to him.

lol the point is, THE VILLAGE IS UNDER ATTACK, when will people stop thinking this is supposed to be easy?...lmao And yeah, there is plenty of downtime in between to convert xp... try using planet chat to check the status of the village before you go, or if you get there and its mobbed, just sit outside for a few...they go away eventually...lol

I don't know about everyone else, but I can't even train fs skills due to the amount of gay Sith guys that are spawning in the village. It's not that I can't kill them, its the fact that I can't even get to the fs trainer without 8 of them aggressing me, then getting incapped, having them stand over my body and when I run to the trainer get incapped again and then slain. I'm not wasting my money on buffs when all I want to do is ****ing train the damn skill. Is it that difficult to change the way they aggress!!! COME ON!
Waaaaah. Everyone has the problem and I too have had the difficulty of going to even convert without getting aggroed by them.
Is it Impossible? NO. It is an annoyance at best.
The I should not get aggroed by siths just because I'm done or not doing the quest is lame at best. Next you'll say that just because your going to the village to convert xp that the other Mobs along the way should leave you alone too. How about we make all the mobs read your mind and say "Oh he's not gonna do anything let him go on by." And we can continue this scenario to why should we even have aggressive mobs let's make them only attack when attacked.
Sorry not gonna happen.

Give up tbh, its alright getting annoyed but coming here and complaining is pathetic. It is ment to be hard, it is ment to be difficult.

My first time going I wasn't attacked by them. And I had gotten fairly close to a couple of the thugs. Usually the only time I get attacked (weapon, or no weapon), is if I either come within close proximity to them or when I preform a violent action that will draw their attention.
I go to Dithmoroften, and what I usually do is bring up my map data and focus on my position relative to the position of any nasties that are out there. I also do this before going to the camp to make sure that I am not running into any Sith before I am ready for them.
In addition, during that time I don't pay attention to my radar being that it's shows little detail of who you are dealing with and where their position is. In my opinion the radar is only good for telling you what is out there but not exactly where in addition to letting you know if they are neutral, friendly, or hostile.
As into going into any battle or situation, survey your surounding and determine if there are any hidden threats within them.
I hope that this encourages you to press on keep trying. We are all in the same boat and should encourage everyone equaly.
Good luck in your quest, and may the force be with you.

solution: fly your swoop straight into the south gate straight into a house(opposite paemos)...demount...burst run into the opposite house...stand in the doorway...converse with paemos get DB'd clone at the science outpost.
(if you are aggroed just get someone to incap you)

eh, theres only one thing i wish that could be changed, yes i know its supposed to be challenging, yes i am having fun with it. im just wondering why they put it at 175, 250, 350, 450. will i finish off all 6 branches regardless? you bet i will! lol. its just me wondering why do it that way instead of lowering it just a tiny bit and giving others a small break. eh in any case, if i did my math right, 2 trips to the village every day can help ya finish off a branch in 11 days, so by the time the next one rolls around you have more than enough xp waiting for the next branch, unless you have others unlocked also

I have to agree. You go into the village to train or convert your XP when you get attacked. The fact that a lot of players are already done with the quest and not hanging around makes it to where you have to wait longer to get to the quiet period between waves. I would like to see something done but in reality, it is only another week and a half until phase one starts again, then this whole thing is a dead issue.

If I get agg'd I just hop back on my speeder and do a loop around the village spamming peace and then usually try the other entrance if one is too thick with sith. I usually drive right up to the guy too. I wouldn't try it w/o buffs but Im sure it can be done with a little patience even w/o them. Always do your weapon xp first too that way if you need to high tail it out of there you can always come back and cash in double the combat xp next trip.

Heh, it's only 4 days old and Townnut saves face with the, "People are still posting on this?" argument while casually deciding not to heed the advice (and consequently not retaliate to the comments of "You're an idiot if you can't convert!") of many which is to sneak into the village instead of ramming the speeder bike through the gates like an idiot. Congrats.
