It's 50k for Novice, then 175k, 250k, 350k, 450k.
And 900k Combat XP = 300k FS XP, it's 3:1.
900k Weapons XP = 30k FS XP, that's 30:1.
So,
That means 1 capping of 300k combat XP = 100k Force XP? Roughly 13 trips of capping combat XP, if one could get 50k combat xp in 10 minutes as said above thats 60 mintes per cap, so about 13 hours to fill 4 boxes.
Hmm.

I have a question regarding the nades and such. I understand the theory behind everything, understand all of it. The question i have is this: When the nade goes off, will this that the huurtons/baz nitches, whatever, will it reduce the condition of my armor at all? i'm getting ready to go down the commando line of work for this sole reason... nades... =)

Yes nades do damage your armor. Mostly gloves, boots and bracers. Than again I spent 2 mil on nades in last two weeks and my 35K 80% kinetic armor is still not all destroyed, still repairable, so I'd say - that's the least of your worries. Eventually I'll just fail repairing it and buy new armor piece...

Just wanted to share a C12 method I use.
Since grenades can sometimes be hard to come by, I don't kill all the spawns with C12's.
I'll use 4 to 5 stacks of grenades, after I use them all I kill everything else with my weapon.
Since I'm TKM and Master Sword, this allows me to max out all my Two hand and Uarmed before going to the village and I will also be very close to maxing out my combat. I'm usually short by 10k or less of combat XP.
I do this tho get the most out of my trip to the village, I hate spending all that time ridinig out there and leaving and going back and leaving and going back.

Well i gotta say im a commando and use the c22s which do about twice the damage that c12s do. I get buffed drink some brandy and eat some canape. Go after the biznatches and get my ass handed to me. My armor is all 86% protaection and up so. I end up having to leave the lair and come back 2-3 times. its pretty damn brutal. Dont know why im having so many more probs than everyone else. Guess i should try the quenkers. But if i remember right they poison or disease dont they? Anyways maybe some one can go into more detail about how they can just stand in the lair and not get their arse handed to them like is happening to me.

out of all the grenades a 4000 commando can use, which is the most cost effective grenade to use? i placed an order for some imperial detonators but theyre kinda expensive.

never buy Imperial Dentonators. They arent worth it. They are weaker then Thermal Dentonators but require far more resources to make. Best bet if your 4000 is Thermal Dentonators. I get 20 crates at a time from a Guildmate for only 180K. Non Guildmate you may pay more but you will pay less getting thermals then Imperials.
And yeah i make lots and lots of xp. a Casual grind where im not counting every second i can make 300K Combat xp an hour. so a buff session im making 300K+ fs xp. Thats not too shabby at all. and In 1 hour you can basically go from Novice Commando to 4000 with c22s to then move upto thermals

Well I did a test last night for those of you who have been reading, bought a crate of C12's for 68K, 25 to a crate, 5 nades per stack. Loaded up 12 stacks of 5 in my top toolbar and let er rip on a huurton stalker lair. Takes about 12 nades (thats 12 x 5 = 60 grenades) to kill just about everything that will come out of the lair, yeliding about 3.somethingK combat XP per puppy and about 4k for the lair itself once you kill it after all the hounds are dead. I would say it takes about 15 minutes per lair and gives about 40K combat XP if you kill everything. So thats a little less than the 50k in 10 minutes that I was hearing earlier but still not bad. After 2 lairs I have 68K combat XP, my first lair spawned several puppies after I ran out of nades and couldnt pull more sinc I was in combat, I would have had about 80 if I had more nades ready.
I bet you could do 2 - 3 mission runs (4-6 lairs) per hour, which means about 150K combat XP per hour doing Huurton Stalkers. I have no idea if HS's are the way to go but everyone seemed to mention them.
My question now: How much better is 4/0/0/0 Commando? I assume you do not get more XP per pair but probablly kill them a lot quicker to allow you to run more missions in less time? Whats the general opinion from people who were c12 users then picked up 4/0/0/0 Commando to use Thermal Detonators?
300K combat XP per hour? What are you killing, you are using Thermals I assume? With Huurton Stalkers that would be about 7-8 lairs in a hour by my count.

After you kill the last spawn, just make sure to switch to your primary weapon to finish the lair off since the experience isn't worth the nades it takes to bring it down.

Nades do not damage lairs as far as I could tell.

Nades do damage lairs but 64K ham lair is not worth killing solely with grenades for the pitiful xp.
I kill regular quenkers with my Thermal Dents. I runup and unequip my rifle punch the lair so everyone aggros me then start chucking thermals at the lair. Unequipped i make 3600 Combat xp per quenker roughly. On average i make 46-55K Combat xp per quenker mission. Seeing as it takes only 5 Mins or so to kill the lair and quenkers. I cap out my combat XP fast and dont even bother leveling my rifle as its slower. I run off to the village claim my 100K and rinse and repeat.
Its good enough method for me cause with a ship its just a quick hop to the science outpost. and In a day i can make million+ combat xp. thats not too shabby from grenades only. the equivelent of 10 million weapon xp in only like 8-9 hours is pretty nice

Yea that is nice. Thermals must kill the buggers much quicker than c12's.
175,000+250,000+350,000+450,000=1225,000 Force XP needed for 4 boxes.
Combat XP is on a 3:1 ratio, 300k combat (the cap) = 100k force. Thats 12.25 Combat XP caps (so, 13) to fill 4 boxes. 13 trips to the village to cash in for each line of 4 you want to fill up.
So then it comes down to time, how long does it take to cap XP. With C12's Im guessing I can do 4-6 lairs in a hour. Lets say 4, since I think thats more realistic (about 15 minutes a lair with travel). Thats roughly 200k per hour, 300k if I'm lucky, but more likly I'll cap every 1.5 hours. 13 x 1.5 = 19.5 Hours to fill 4 boxes, more time really when you consider the 6k bike ride to the village and back, shuttles/ship flight, etc.
With Thermals it sounds like you could get an XP cap in about 1/3 the time. Which means every hour for sure you could cap, probablly quicker if it really only takes 10 minutes per pair of missions to get 100k combat XP, you would only need 30 minutes plus whatever time it took you to go get another pair of missions twice. Lets say 45 minutes vs. an hour and a half. Thats pretty snazzy, but I would have to master marksman and get 4/0/0/0 Commando and buy Thermals (dunno if they cosr more than C12's).
