I have heard rumor of dot vk's but I have never seen any.....are they real?

Yes, looted a pair 2 months ago and sold them for 1,000,000. Mind poison damage (unsure of stats), very crappy minimum and maximum damage, something like 17min/58max. The buyer really only wanted them for the DOT.

The guy i talked with looted it from sith around village. I have also seen a 303 max damage 1.3 spd vk looted from sith and it wasnt even sliced yet.

Yes. The Sennex cave on Tat. DOT weapons drop there all the time.
