Is it happening on Eclipse? BTW do you guys need to open a ticket in order to have the CSR fix the problem? Asking coz I dont know how to open ticket, lol!

The whole ticket-opening-system sucks IMO. If you do a search you can click on add comment in your holocron. Then you can write a ticket out... At any rate, I would hang around the village and wait for a CSR to show up.

Did you get the reward as well (ie if it is ranged speed you unlock)? I have done the quests needed for Jedi but I want to do this quest to get the reward

How long has this been going on for? How will I know a CSR when one shows up at the village? I've logged several bug tickets but heard nothing. I really need this unlock.

The CSR will have a name starting with csr- in front. You surely can't miss one, if he/she stands in front of you

And as far as I know, regular player can't copy the names i.e. csr-FunkyZabrak

When the CSR's come online to the village they will do a system message multiple times to ensure maxiumum participation.

The Force encompasses everything. It flows through and envelops you in its mystical energy. Develop your senses become one with the Force to enhance youself.

Heh... This is one set of words I would gladly eat. The news of more-widespread CSR intervention is very good news. Keep me posted, everyone. If they're still doing it tonight (Monday), I will serve this post up to myself with a nice helping of synthsteak and tubers, washed down with Mandalorian wine and a thick slice of pikatta pie for dessert.

Unfortunately, I can't prove it to myself at the moment, because I'm between jobs. My subscription ran out early in Phase 4, and I can't afford right now to renew. So now it looks like I'll miss the rest of Phase 4 entirely.

Well, Ms. Tiggs has given official word. CSRs are unlocking in the village. Anyone have any recommendations for a good garnish for this stuff besides ketchup?
