Ow, remember to unlock a branch each phase even though you don't have the xp for it
Even after unlocking 6 branches it is worth to continue to do the village quests as you can pickup some nice rewards and take a break from the grind ^^
Most importantly though... Make sure to have fun inbetween grinding - if you are in a guild go Krayt surfing or pick up some Singing Mountain girls and partay!!! (Night Sisters drop nice stuff but SMC are nicer - they got *it*)

OK, first things first, breathe. Take a deep breath, relax.
Ahhhhh.
So, you wanna be a Jedi?
It's not as insurmountable a process as you think.
There are ways to do it really fast (I got all of my boxes done in about 2 weeks time) and there are slower methods that are not as costly.
The fast way demands a LOT of hardcore gaming and long gaming sessions. The slower way takes longer, but can be done in shorter gaming sessions.
Ok, now that we have that out of the way, which method do you prefer?
If you say fast, then look up the grenade grinding method on these forums. There are lots of good write-ups. This method uses Combat xp to climb the FS trees fast. It's very effective, but can also be very expensive.
If you say the slower way, get at least 0/0/0/4 TKA for the 300k combat xp cap. Go out and kill like a crazy person, and keep converting that xp once you cap. Hold off on converting combat xp until it gets to around 300k, then you'll get an additional 100k of FS xp.
It does take time, but if you truly dedicate your in-game efforts to round up mad xp, you'll climb the trees in no time.
NEVER DO THE MATH. JUST KILL, KILL, KILL.
The math does nothing but discourage. Before you know it, you'll be filling up your last branch.
May the Force be with you.

if you don't have time to play then don't spoil the little time you have on FS grinding then... It's as simple as that !

I was in your shoes once.
Still am really. I only get about 10-15 hours playtime a week myself.
However, i can, and did, do the entire 6 branches worth of fs xp in just over a month.
If you have the credits, learn commando 4/0/0/0 and use grenades.
You can earn 200k fs xp a night in one hours play.
if you play 10 hours, that's 2 million fs xp a week. if you play 15 hours, that's 3 million fs xp a week. See where i'm going here?
let's say you play 15 hours a week.
You'll pick up your 7 million fs xp in 3 weeks.
I know it seems hard when all you're looking at is the numbers. But it's really not. Provided you have the credits to fund a grenade fest.

Ok, THIS has to be explained to me, 7million FS in less than 12 hours? Either you are the powergamers powergamer, or I need to raise the bullsh1t flag on you.

Oh, and the fastest way to master TKA isn't to work up all branches at the same time ... do Power first, you're faster and hit harder, so kill sooner. If you take Swords, similar ideas apply ... check the FAQ in the appropriate forum. Also, 2000 Medic (or 2040) is handy at times, curing bleeds can be VERY important if you run into Nightsisters...

Did you just buy this game? Try playing other professions for a while. I have been playing since launch and I am just now doing Jedi. You can't jump into a game and immediately expect to be able to do the most sought after profession. Personally I think it is rediculous that someone can just start up a new character and within a few months unlock Jedi, it really shouldn't be based on village quests or holocrons or any of that BS. The game should be based on the amount of time someone plays their character, I.E. amount of time in-game and not AFK.

It's not that hard. Master 2 melle professinos, TK and Swords. Cap them at 900k and you combat exp at 300k. thats 160k FS exp right there and you can probably do that twice with one buff session if your good. =) If you do this everyday for like a week you can finish a tree. Not that hard. If you get buffed twiced you can get 320k fs exp!

No i got the game 2 months after launch, i just dont play alot b/c i get grounded several times and cant play for months and months. So the reason i am so weak, and pretty new in exp to the game is b/c ive played 3 months and not alot in between those 3 months. Thanks for the info guys, ill keep grindin on biz natches and go through power first and Matser TKA as soon as i can. But should i really master another prof, like swordsman? And if i do thats a problem b/c ive only got 9 skill points left, i dont really know exactly ehat my trees are but ill give you guy my estimated guess.
TKA- 2/1/2/2
Medic- 2/1/2/3
Scout- 4/0/0/3
Brawler- 4/4/4/4
Alliance Pilot- 1/1/1/1
Artisan- Novice
Entertainer- Novice
Marksman- 4/0/0/0 (i think)
Force Sensitve- no skill points used yet
I think thats everything so what should i start to give uo b/c i know ill have to, to become Jedi. But to Master Swords and get more exp faster what should i start to get rid of?

Oh ok great instead of 4,020,000 FS EXP now its around 7 million. HOW IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WHEN IM THIS WEAK AND NEVER HAVE TIME TO PLAY!?
Well, try getting strong, then grinding. Don't screw around with a combat buffet. Get serious, master a combat profession, then put big holes in big things. I recomend swords, rifles or commando. Each professions forum should have info on how to swiftly master the profession.
10 hours a week is plenty of grinding time. If you do it in 2 hour+runs (to better utalize buffs), you should be able to cap profession exp once an hour, meaning 60k FS exp per hour. If you go commando, you can throw grenades and get 100k FS exp per hour. Each week of casual playing, you will be able to generate 600k FS exp. That means that even you can become a jedi in 10-12 weeks.

My suggestion, get TKM and Master Commando. Protons tear apart giant baz nitches. While tossing nades, hold a VK and have a COB macro running. It will minimize your damage taken from the blast. I actualy did the grind Master Doc and Master Commando, but had to heal myself all the time. A guildmate did it with TKM instead of Doc and said he never had to worry about healing until his composite started to fall apart. Along with TKM and Master Commando, get Medic 2000 to deal with bleeds and allow you stim b's when needed. Better safe then dead.
If you need more info on the grenade grind, there are plenty of other threads describing the process.
