Ok maybe a few pointers in this quest are needed?

Firstly as said make sure your datapad aint full when doing this quest or you wont get waypoint, also the waypoint is on Endor so it wont show up on onscreen waypoint list until you get to Endor (obvious to some but not everyone). Also if you have your waypoints filtered for planet, you wont see the waypoint either until you get to Endor, else unfilter the waypoints and sort by planet (Again I know I'm stating the obvious, but if its all in black n white then there is no excuses)

The WP you get is very rough, and when searching bring up your over head map and look for larger green oblong with corner cut off. This is most likely your downed ship. Sometimes you find it before you even reach your marker. Oh and if you fly through it and you dont get mission completed, that one aint yours so continue searching for another close by.

I found all 6 no problem using the above method, hope it helps

Oh and you dont have to fight the sith at the downed ship either so it is entirely possible to do this quest unbuffed, just dont fall off your vehicle (guess thats why its the vehicle control quest?..lol)

I'm just glad the dev's are giving us a reset quest option...otherwise it would be a disaster like theprevious phase 2.

exactly how far away can the ship be, my first 4 were all within 200m of the wp. the 5th i couldnt find. i searched all around up to 500m away.

This was also my last village quest to unlock my final 6th branch of FS skills.

I screwed up on the first waypoint by being over-excited and not noticing that the waypoint was for Endor NOT Dathomir......DOH!

anyway, once i travelled back to Whip i asked for "A new location" from him and off i went to Endor to find the crash site and the ship straight away,from then on everytime i got back to Whip at the village he gave me a new waypoint as i pulled up next to him on my bike.Before i left i used the option to "Get a new location"from him for the remaining 5 "trips", they all worked perfectly,no bugs,all waypoints and crashed ships as they should be....

Weird thing is after the last one was complete and i unlocked Vehicle control branch, i went straight to Noldan , trained all four blocks up and then noticed i still had one of thoose "crash site crates" in my inventory.

Didnt matter tho as i had achieved my goal and now await the old man,just thought it might help if your having any problems totry the reset option on every new waypoint after you have returned from the last one.
