It's not just that it can be found in the FAQ. More of that there's a specific thread right at the top that says "We are currently in PHASE 3 [As of XXX]".
And as I pointed out, I didn't 1star him. Although I see someone 1 starred me for trying to keep these forums a little less cluttered.

dont really care for stars rate my thread down as much as possible i was just trying to get some verification on phase 4 sorry if it made that big of a mess for people..and the notification at the top states what phase were in right now not what phase will be in on friday..

I logged on today all excited because the patch notes said they've fixed cptn srgywotsisname and we can now get our second quest from him, spent ages getting to the village only to get told by him i am busy working for someone else blah blah blah, i don't have any quests with anyone else in or out of the village, but he still keeps telling me this. Anyone know whats up?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by getting a second quest from the Captain but if you are still having problems with this, I recommend conversing with any random NPC that gives missions, no matter how minute and see if they will reieve you from you current obligation. Even if you're sure you aren't working for someone else you can always give it a try and see if it helps. I'm assuming of course, that you didn't take a quest from another NPC in the village. Cause if so then that is why the Captain is telling you that.If nothing elseyou can always send in a /bug report on it.

If you didn't already you might also want to check your force crystal which logs all of your quests just to see if maybe there is an active one.
