Nearly everything I've read and/or heard stated that each village
phase would, infact, be on a 3 week time-sink, doh! I mean phase
cycle. The only variant of this that I've noticed was while I tested on
TC2 just before pub10 went live I spoke with Dageerin (NPC villager
that gives quest from phase 2 -4 unlocking enhanced reflex skills)
and he warned me of the only 1 quest per phase rule, and also said:
"Each village phase could be up to three weeks long"
This, to me, implies that some phases could be shorter, but not
longer than than the 3 week time-sink, doh! I keep doing that...
"3 week time span" is what I meant to say.
Granted, this was in tc2 and could easily have just been an
error in the dialogue for that particular npc. Although, this would
have been one of the last updates before pub10 went live.
And, on that note I'll stop speculating and start playing.
(assuming Chilastra is back up)

the only thing i coudl see form TH that stated anything about the Village Phase length is this:
"This will give them the advantage of not having to wait several weeks for phases of the Village to shift".

You guys are studing these writings and words like you're inerpreting meaning of The Constitution or writings of Jesus!?
Did you forget that these are the people that told us that Jedi is already in game but than after a Publish people unlocked? They told us that Jedi system is 4 (holo) professions + 1 (silent) but never told us that for months they changed it to 4 + 4 system (therefeore EVERYONE was unlucky to unlock (their silent proff) only at 32+ professions...

Seems like its been foever on Flurry too. Just gotta wait it out. Should be soon. Within the next week I hope it changes.

Most servers will go to phase 2 at next server reset. Probably tomarrow.

i doubt it, check the sticky at the top though or you could always do what i do when im confused and make that loooooong trip to the village to see for yourself
