Clarification :
Colour Crystal -- All crystals except white --: These control the colour of the saber. Green, Red, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Orange, and Brown are the basic colours.
White Crystals :-- Damage Crystals -- These can be tuned once Jedi Padawan. Once Padawan you can check the quality of the crystal (This remains hidden if you are not a Jedi) You then tune it... this works exactly like a bio link and costs force to tune it.. depending on the Quality of the Crystal.
Pearls : Exactly the same as crystals. Although i would say that you get better tunes from Pearls than Crystals.
The best tune you can get on a Crystal or Pearl Is 120 Minimum/Maximum Damage -9 Force Cost and -0.30 Speed

I understand that if you die as a Jedi then it is perminent...is this true? I would like to be a Jedi, but I don't want to risk loosing my fav. charactor

I think you are refering to "Perma-Death" This got taken out in publish 9. It used to be that a jedi would have 3 lives. Eventually the jedi would become a "Blue Glowy" This was basically like Obi Wan in Episode 6. You also used to loose skills aswell. Now all that happens is when jedi, if a BH kills you, you loose XP based on your mission price.. If your mission is 100k You loose 200k XP. If your mission is 200k You loose 400k. Xp you loose is equal to double your mission payout.

And are you talking about force crystals that look like a magic ball and have different colors? Because the one I'm talking about is different from those crystals, its like a peice of rock.

You didn't happen to pick them up in the Mydrill Caves by chance did you? If so, I think those are useless. After that there are force crystals (which I thought were white and assumed had a colored base) and the color crystals which I mentioned. The Old Man also gives you a force crystal to hold on to (I think till it's time for your exit quest) which doesn't have any use ttbomk.

Yeah, what you have is a blue color crystal. Would make your saber blue. Thats it.

Yeah it is from the old man. I remember now. I must have got two. I am FS. Got 5 unlocked but only enough xp for 1 1/2 trees
