It emanates anger and hate, from the description. Nothing else. No special abilities. Can't wear it. It's kind of a cool souvenir tho. He also dropped a mystical orb, which looks a lot like a red force crystal.
Drakar Bloodmoon dropped one of those stupid useless action wound medpacks like DJKs occasionally drop.
