If she's referrring you to the Mayor then you should have the badge. Try leaving the planet and then returning to see if it's fixed. If that doesn't work, you could try resetting your missions by talking to the Planet Record keeper, but I'm not sure if it's going to fix your problem. If all else fails, you could always contact customer service ingame and have them take a look. Good luck.

Try reading, half the stickies refer on how to become force sensitive and get the glow. This forum pertians to those topics too. It is about becoming force sensitive. The link also said this topic is about ALL QUESTS RELATING to FS. Getting to glow refers to FS. THIS IS THE CORRECT place, and I wont take any crab from snobbish people who think being farther along makes them superior.
