I read the stickies, and I read another guide telling all about the phases... (the info still wasnt there.)

In preparation for the phase three, I am wanting to know who gives the Ranged Defense quest, and what it entails. If anyone who has done it could let me know, that would be great. Thanks alot.

The defenses are the main FS skills I want, so I am stoked. Up until now, I have just been questing and opening the trees, but banking my xp for the trees I want. I should be able to buy a couple boxes right off the top.
