I did the luck tree and am now a Padawan(LS 0044 Healer 2004 enhancer 2002)

Getting the luck was probably the worse decision I made.

All it does is increase credits dropped. As a padawan you aren't looting credits because killing an NPC with your lightsaber gives you visibility.

Plus, I did the grind by slicing and dancing for a month (ugh!)

My hope is that it is one day incorporated into the game in more dice rolls (not just credit drops) like in Ultima Online.

The CU is eliminating Jedi toughness so you need all the defenses you can get. Go Ranged Defense.
