Hmm. Bug is definatly completely random - I seen several people cheerings as they finished their last trip to Endor for Whip. It sucks, I know =( I hope ya'll bugged it AND sent a CSR ticket.

I am having the same exact problem!!! and i need this phase to unlock ./cry

i tried to talk tohim but he wouldnt give me the quest, he just told me i was doing a good job. I have NEVER talked to him or taken his quests until phase 4, so i never took the vehical control quest.

my server is eclipse in case anyone wants to know

and BTWare there any requirements for this quest? like novice scout or something?

Anything goin on with this ? Buisness hours are m-f so ummmm lol . Nice that double exp falls exactly when we cant use it

Just got a reply from CSR and they said they'd look into it. Can everyone post what they're last quest was in phase 1 and see if theres any connection?

Mine was the Caps (extended for banner)

We have the exact same problem and the exact same server. You know it really ticks me off to see people doing this quest and I can't.

And the last quest I did in phase 1 was whips, survival

I did the Capt. Last phase, I only did the first set of ten though.Wonder if I had to do both sets even though the second set is for reward :shrug: Hope the info helps.

I've got the same problem, Whip says I'm busy. This is my second branch to be unlocked and I did the Captain's last phase.

I did do the extra 10 patrols for the banner reward. I dunno what's going on here, and all my guildies think I'm crazy since they can do it no problem.

I also started the myyydril caverns quests today but didn't finish them, so I dont know if that has anything to do with it. Too many quests maybe? Anyways, I figured I would look through and do some research tonight and send in a bug report tomorrow.

i got same in infinity server, i too did the capt. in phase 1 and did all 20 missions for banner!

i submitted a ticket and csr told me it had been passed on to the deveolpers

/shrug guess we wait
