Wouldnt work. Noob #236456735 would just have his MJD friend run throught the vette with avoid incap up and get the badge second hand while hiding in the cloner.
Although I'm not bashing low combat level people here. I know a ton of people who are first day playlers who are CL1 and probably deserve glowie way more then a "Total Experiance" new player.
