Yes. As other professions have requirements so do the Force Discipline skills. A player must purchase 6 full lines (24 skill boxes) of Force Sensitive skills to qualify to purchase Force Disciplines.

Thanks. Although the information is very old and only answers our question indirectly, I guess it is enough proof. (Except of course that the devs have been known to give incorrect information in the past.) Since it is apparently the only thing was have to go by, I hope this link will be added to the stickies.

The devs has stated that they will not read any posts with titles including their name/title OR the word petitions

There is no way that it is just 24 random boxes, if that was the case the 1st box would cost as much as the last box in exper. I am sure it is 6 full trees.
