where did a dev say it is going live? theres plenty of talk about it, but this question constantly keeps getting avoided.

where did they mention this 30:1 combat xp fs conversion crap?

The devs or CSRs havent stated taht the 30:1 change is t be done. It has been seen on TC. It might be a stealthy change, in the Pub21 patch. Its the wrong way to do, but I wont bother.. Still a good way from Jedi, but I never tried to grind it hard.
