Thank you for noticing and responding to my question. No they are in my backpack, which I am wearing. Any further thoughts or ideas? Thanks in advance

As this does appear to be a bug, as others are also experiencing this same issue as well apparantly, I sent a ticket to CSR and they instructed me to report it as a bug, which I have done. I would encourage others that are having issues with their Focused Crystals to alo report the bug, as the more reports they get regarding the problem the more apt they are to address and fix it. Thanks for the input
