He won't even talk to me.


He keeps saying "As I understand it, you already have some assignments from some of the other villagers. Please come back when you don't have so much on your plate".


I can see him spamming it over and over in spatial so other people are trying to talk to him too. I've bugged it about 12 times so far and submitted a ticket.

This bug dates back to the LAST time Phase 4 came around.

Had the same problem, the answer to my first ticket was about the cloneamor...


4 hours after my second ticket a csr contacted me, he came ingame and unlocked ranged speed for me. Really fast help

same with melee defense ....


ARGH .. i have unlocked 4 branches (including this one)since this whole "village" thing started .. this is the first one that I was acctually going to train in, since Im not going for jedi, just going for 20 extra melee defense.

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.

Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.

Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?


Any help would be appreciated.
