I can't say this enough, just play the game while waiting. Go hunting with some friends and build up your combat xp and elite exp. you will need it when you get the visit anyway. Go do some pvp and such. You will miss it when you start jedi and you will be too busy throwing nades to do it in the village. Have fun and don't worry about the old man. I actually had left and was going to catch a shuttle when i noticed the old man behind me, right before my loading screen came up that is. He will continue to come to you so just don't worry about it.

People told me 3 days but I just shuttle jumped from player city to player city and he came.

I dunno if the shuttling thingy actually works, but its fun to shuttle to every player city while you wait...its not as..uh..boring. It would also be cool if the sith were a little harder that ambushed you, i mean a 1-hit kill with a LLC is stupid. Im thinkin, 2-hit Kills.

Here's How I Think It SHOULD Happen:

►With in 24 hours you receive FIRST VISIT from Old Man
►With in 24 hours after you receive visit from Old Man the SHADOW SITH ATTACK
►With in 24 hours after you are attacked you receive SECOND VISIT from Old Man(Village Invite)

It all adds up to a POSSIBLE ►72 HOURS◄ instead of the POSSIBLE ►216 HOURS◄

So from a MAXIMUM ►9 days of waiting after you start to Glow◄ it should go:
To a MAXIMUM ►3 days of waiting after you start to Glow◄

Only difference is that the 3 "PARTS" (Old Man first visit, Sith attack, Old man second visit) can be combined into a MAXIMUM OF 72 hours instead of EACH of the 3 "PARTS" being a MAXIMUM wait of 72 hours EACH...

Tryed to put it as simple as possible(Heh, I think I was too descriptive...)

As for the time to complete Village Quests and Phases to become Padawan, I think they are just fine. Although I am not to fond of the "PHASE" thing...Wish you could go at your own pace, rather than the "PHASES" pace. eeek!

Wanabe i completely agree with what you said, 24 hours is pretty good, not the 3 days for each, and the phase thing kinda sucks too, but if you think about it, you beat the quest then you grind exp the rest, so thats ok with me. Thanks for all your inputs!

P.S. Hey if your attracted to Lightsabers, why not keep getting killed from one?
