You will never get a free 2nd character without unlocking jedi just like you will never get double xp again. if you want a crafter so bad start one on a different server. you can have characters on up 10 different servers i think. ask your guildmates, usually they will have other characters too. I have a master rifleman master combat medic on one server and a master music/dancer on another, and those dont count my original.
