I gotta agree with this,
I talk to paemos or however you spell it and I'm told I'm not qualified for that skill (use "what am I qualified to learn"). This bug needs to be fixed.

76, they were green to me...thugs and outlaws are 77.....maybe 78, but pretty sure 77.

Before I left SWG for a few months (right after Village was introduced), you had to do them in order anyways. You couldn't start on Phase 2, 3 or 3, you -had- to start on Phase 1.
Now, this could have changed, I have no idea. =)
But everyone answered your quesotn as to how fast it should take. Took me 2 hours (2 spawns). The pirates are the hardest to find.. VERY hard actually. You really need to take your group and camp at the entrances of the Village. I was able to get the pirates easily there.

I got mine through 4 waves, but one I got killed pretty quick and no docs would rez me, so I missed the rest of it 
I have one more Pirate to get, then I am done

I completed this mission today and I find out it is bugged So I still can't train anything. Anyone know if this is gonna be fixed soon? Or any updates on it?

I was bugged on Phase 4. I did a CSR ticket and the next day, he unlocked my quest for me. Create a CSR ticket, do not /bug it. Actually, the CSR did it about 45 minutes after I logged off (he sent me an e-mail saying he did it for me).

I don't think so, I got glowy during phase 1, but didn't do any quests until phase 2.

I'm not sure. I know you used to have to start at Phase 1. I know from personal experience. This is also going back to when the Village first came out, a lot could have changed since then. I really don't know now.
