If you do it solo you get Sunrider's Destiny. If you do it with a friend (i.e., 2 people who both need the quest) you will both get Sunrider's Destiny and the mind buff crystal.

It has 5% more elemental damage than a normal color crystal, like ifa normal color crystaladds 25% elemental damage, Sunriders adds 30%

so i'm wondering, if your grouped do you get both or only the bugged mind crystal??

If you are grouped, and two people are doing the partnered quest, both people will get both crystals. You can be grouped with people and be the only one with the quest, but you will only get Sunriders, since the quest sees it as doing it solo (non-partnered). Basically, the mind crystal is a bonus on top of the normal reward, for working as a team.

Who do you have to talk to in the village to start this quest in phase 3 ?
