Thread: Combat and Medical exp were changed for a reason, not just the 'nade thing.

Nowhere in the pub notes did it state that medical xp was also having its exchange rate changed. Very few people even do fs senses and changing or bugging the med xp exchange rate was uncalled for.

There is no balance in this game, the devs balance one thing then unbalance something else, so then that needs balancing, then unbalances something else again.

I was doing Medical XP to get senses XP, as it was better than Entertainer XP, but now Enteratiner XP looks more attractive to get.

No news is bad news, going by SOEs track record.

I suspect that Trader/Enteratiner will end up being worse off, and they're not saying anything, as people will quit because of it.

I'm going to quit when the sub runs out, and return if the revamps are worthwhile, unless knowledge of the revamps come before subs run out, and I like it, but I'm not going into day 1 of the new month, then the revamps get announced, and my char is shafted.

Exactly. But to all those dancing in the streets thinking this put a stop to nade grinding, you're ignorance is astounding. Let me give you an example of myself, and I know this applies to many, many people. I am a MBH. My max combat xp is 900k. I am grinding for force xp, but never naded. I grinded rifles(1.2mil cap), pistols & Carbs(both 900k cap each). By the end of doing that I would have 350k combat xp(would convert to 100k fs xp). With all that I would get 200k fs xp, and I was very content since I don't like nades. Now, with this change I am forced to nade along while grinding my weps to max out my combat xp so I can get the whole 30k fs xp from it. Hence, say hello to one of many, many, many nade converts. Ofcourse I'm not an ass about it and don't nade the lairs, but only a few enemy at a time(I got 3 weps to max out so I can be casual with my nades). But still, I went from not having to use nades at all to having to use them if I wanted to catch up to a fraction of where I was before.

I'm not too upset about it, since I know I'll eventually get done and I'm not in too much of a rush to be just like everyone else. But please know your going to see a huge increase in nade grinding...not a decrease.
