How does one know when the new phases come in?? is it posted somewhere on the forums or something

I am a Combat Prowless novice. I recently got enough XP to learn a skill in the level 1 boxes. So i go to Noldan and try to learn a skill, but he says I am not able to learn anything. Does anyone know what i can do? Im stuck.

You probably haven't unlock any of the branches you are trying to put the xp into. If you have, then I have no idea.

You have to do the Quests in the Village to unlock the branches to be able to train in them... Check the Stickies on the FS Forums. Their should be a link to a Guide explaining the Village, all the Quests and which branches they unlock.

Firstly you really should be posting this in the force sensitive forum but have you done a mission to unlock a line yet? (if the answer is "no" then that is why)
