It is impossible. Here's the truth about grinding with Thermals.
I know this because I do it myself.
In a standard session I get 3 full combat xp caps.
That's 900k combat xp, aka 300k FS xp.
That is also assuming that I'm grinding ON Dathomir and the last 2 missions I take to cap are to the S, SE.
It is much faster than the standard TKA/Swordsman master grind. Also MUCH more expensive.
You must factor in the cost of granades and armor. Armor get's SHREDDED by your granades.
All in all, well worth it.

The master of the nads.
900k xp=30,000fsxp...so you'd only get 90,000fsxp per buff session...
Isnt combat XP 3 for 1...............................my maths is a little hazy but that equals 300k FS?

I'm doing it with TKM and JUST TKM. Looking at all of your numbers depresses me. I can get 2 caps (120,000 FS XP) per buff session, including village trips. I'm down to just seven boxes left, so the end is in sight, but for the eleventh time today I ask myself why I ever dropped Commando....

Master TK/2H/Brawler. Get into a group to get level 110 stalker missions on Dant. If you're speed capped on swords, you can cap both profs and combat within one buff session. It'll take approximately 14 lairs at roughly 65k per lair. This will yield 160k fs xp. IMHO, it's worth it to use grenades on two lairs to cap your combat xp after you've capped your prof xp.
Also, I can cap combat xp with just grenades in 1 to 1.5 hours on 4-5 lairs. This would yield 200k of fs xp within 3.5 hours (includes drive time to the village and back). However, this can and does get very expensive. The key is the level of missions to maximize the spawns. Level 110 stalker missions are roughly 10.3k at level 110 in a regular city, and start around 12k in a city with an improved job market.
Another thing to do, is if you have an alt, whether or not it's a combat alt, use them to hold missions for you as well (helps if you have two separate computers). This cuts down on looking for missions on the terminals. There used to be a time when you could run across 40 mob wild lairs, but I haven't seen them in quite some time.

Just use this frame and deduct where necessary:
just capping one weapons profession (900k) once a day, in 21 days, the length of one phase, you'll have filled a branch. The phases were shaped so you could powergrind all you want, you still can't start a new quest till the next phase, and the person who capped once a day will start the next quest the same time as the person who converted combat with nades 3 or 4 times a day.
Throw in combat xp, you'll have some banked, and be done sooner on your last branch.
Throw in another weapons profession, and you'll have even more banked and be done even sooner.
So basicly 21 days, 21 visits. Or cap 2 weapons each day, and you'll be done in abouts 11 days. Throw in the random combat xp, say about 8-10 days per branch.
