Sorry it is in the game your a paying customer it is your right to play a jedi. However, having said that this is a RPG and as in any RPG you should have to build your toon up to obtain Jedi.

Sorry, but I believe that your comparing apples to oranges here when you put SWG vs McDonalds. That is like saying you have the right to stay in a movie theater even after the manager has asked you to leave. The fact of the matterit'sthe owner's property in question. Same thing applies to SWG. I think if you had taken the time to think about it you would come to the conclusion that any player character, or any items obtained technically are not yours. Your paying for a service which means that you are leasing resources from equipment that you do not own. With McDonalds your making a purchase meaning that your taking ownership of something and that is the big difference here.
Same thing with buying a player's character on ebay. I usually hear about people who tell that they sold, bought or wishing they were selling a player character . The fact of the matter is it's not really your property which is one of the reasons why it is against the terms of service to preform such actions. Which is why you can't claim any rights or have the right to do with your character as you wish.

well, yes folks know they cannot put up for sale things that do not exist but what they do sell is the "time" it takes to obtain certain things, such as jedi, millions and millions of credits, etc. after all time is money. sony might not like it andtry to stop it, but theres ways around everything.

However, if you feel the you are not getting the level of service in which you think that you should be getting as stipulated in the terms of agreement then you do have the right to not spend any more money for the service and take your business else-where. In that situation you own your money and therefore can do with it as you please as long as your not breaking any laws and as long as you have already paid for the service that you have used according to the agreement.
