I took Melle def. last phase 4 and needed range speed this phase 4 so i loged out in the village lastnight logged in this morning sith were already in the village attacking so once they dspawned i spoke with the captain and was able to recieve the quest for range speed. I would have put money on the fact that I would beaffected by this problem, but wasn't.
