1 mil, I have spent a little over 3 mil so far. The grenades I buy (Thermals - when I can find them!) go for about 85k for a crate of 25 (840-1840 damage).
I'm not master commando, only got 4x4x so I cannot use the protons yet.
I did 2.0 million FS exp from Wednesay to Sunday (2 hours per night weeknights, about 3 hours Sat and all day Sunday)

Man, it would be cool if they gave a free unlock for Christmas. I was one of those unfortunate ones who got no free unlocks, so its taking me a long, long time to get anywhere. It will be March or April at the earliest I believe. It would be a nice gesture on SOE's part to all that are still here (with our dwindling numbers). Already lost several friends to WoW....

I took TKM and Master Swordsman for the FS grind. I am hunting on Lok - Gurks are an XP present! If you hit a Gurk lair carefully, you can get out about 30 creatures, each 3900-5000 XP. With good sliced Powerhammers and Knucklers, you can make 900k unarmed, 900k 2hand and 180k combat in a buff session - depending on your luck in finding Gurk Nests. As TKM, I shuttle down to the Corsair Canyon (POI on Lok) and bash the freaks out there. The POI is respawning about every hour and it gives about 200k unarmed.

Get 4xxx Commando mate and Thermals, I know you asked for another way, but honestly you can grind Marksmen in no time using PointBlank Area 1 on Lairs, then Unarmed well 
but Thermals rake in the xp, Can cap my Combat xp 3 times in a session.

I did it all with c12 and master 2 hand
I got into a solo group picked up kamurith snapper missions and used 1 crate per lair averaged about 68k combat per lair
As long as you can deal with the monatony it gets done at the most you will do 5 missions about 2.5 hours maybe less thing is you end the session with 1k bf and 200 wounds to ham BUT I did 900 fs xp in the last 4 days with the holiday and weekend it can be done dude

i switched to commando about 4 weeks ago and i'll finish up my fs xp in a couple days, anyone reading this needs to know that this is by far the easiest way. i gave up pvp and basically all the fun stuff in pve to grind to 4040 commando, it was well worth it, i wont unlock til phase 3 comes around again so its gonna be a boring month.
