It is truly incredible. I beleive the first reports of this were a week ago now & still not a word.
It's the complete silence that bothers me most, makes me beleive that it will not get fixed before the phases shift again. Just a simple acknowledgement that a fix was being worked on would help a lot of people rest a bit easier.
The way it is at the moment I wouldn't be suprised if we soon start getting replies from the CSRs with the old "working as intended" ctrl+v answers.

I think I tried doing this phases combat quest the last time it was here but I got started too late. I was unable to kill all the pirates before the phase shifted...Quest Incomplete. Now I can't even take the combat quests. The captain tells me I need some much needed R&R. Sure wish I could do the quest this phase because I would've been done with it by now. I got started with it much earlier than I did the last time around.

well got mele defence last time round and now wanted range speed and have been shafted and really pissed as i have all the xp stored for my last tree

Yah some official word would be good here. Funny this reminds me of eq. btw is devs short for devils?

they started hotfix on pub 13
who cares at SOE for the phase 4 bug from pub 12.1
they investigate it.....lol they could fix it long time ago if they wanted......

Same boat as all of ya, can't do Defence, did defence in phase 3, and did the spd last time phase 4 was here, so just waiting to do this one, the capt quest this phase. Sitting here and waiting.

I am bugged. Cant get the melee defense mission and I have all the XP to fill it.
