SONY, DEV's,CSR's, anyone else that helps in this game sucks..
Listen up DEV's - BETA TEST - u don't make a jackass rule to make players wait for months to unlock some jackass non-working tree and when that day comes have it not even work so they can't unlock it.
There is no reason why this does not working but the fact is the DEV's - and BETA testers for this game are not doing their job nor do they really care that much anymore. Just like in JTL, I would have to say that is the biggest crap update I've ever got. Was kinda nice with jump around easy with out shuttle but now with no wait time on shuttles.. jtl isn't worth the cash to get.
SWG - fun for almost 2 years.. pretty much rated the crappest game online.. by TV shows and more.. but now with these kinda bug.. u really don't have a clue anymore do u dev's!

i also cannot access the melee defense quest... the captain tells me i've done well and should get rest

I have a different problem, he let me do Melee Defense this Phase 4 but after I completed it it LOCKED my Ranged Speed column from LAST phase 4.
CSR said he "sent my character information to developers." and said KKTHXBYE

Ok, servers just went down for the Pub 13.0
I suggest all of you, including my self......./kneel or /meditate and pray for Captains quest to be fixed

they didnt even mentioned it m8... i really doubt it will be fixed...
