You need to convert the combat exp and whatnot into force exp, which will be much less per, and then when you have enough force exp you can train...he does NOT was that much combat exp, he wants that much force exp, which is harder.
Any chance of getting this moved to the game guides I wonder?

I've tried looking for info on the subject but haven't found enoughto be sure about it so here goes...
1. If i go making my padawan the "sloppy" way. For ex. choosing the ranged accuracy in phase 1 and just by filling up all the 24 boxes with useful ans useless skills for a jedias the phases go on, will i be able to change them later or am i stuck with a padawan with useless skills as well? This method would take6 phases and 18 weeks, 4,5 months.
Or...
2. Do i have tochooseall the useful fs skill boxes now in order to get the best possiblesupport fs skillsfor a jedi and there's no way i can change the fs skills later? This would mean basicly that i have to do the phases at least 2 times to get the skills i want. 12 phases, 36 weeks... 9 months!
And in between i have to change my combat profession to another mastered profession just to be able to get the skills i want from another trainer. + I will have a crippled character becouse there's only 16 fs boxes that are useful for a jedi and i won't be able to do anything else well with my character during that time.
So worst case scenario, 9 months of waiting, grinding, doing the chosen quest and choosing the right fs skill, waiting, grinding, changing professions, grinding, waiting... Oh yea, grinding, waiting, grinding, waiting. Yay, i'm a padawan, grinding * eternity.
My calculations might be a bit off but i'm so confused about all this that my brain hurts.
My only goal is to make a jedi and i'm wililng to sacrifice a lot and work hard for it, but hey... isn't this a bit too much?
Please tell me that the option 1 is the way to go or else i will probably choose another game that i play and not a game that plays me.
Thanks,
Anawannon.

Im in the same position, im just going to go for all accuracy and speed (including ranged which is useless), vehicle handling and I have no Idea what to do for the last one. I should have used my free branch on persuasion or luck since I now cant get any of the FS exp needed for those branches without a profession change.

At last they changed it, that u need 8 secret professions to open FSS. So with your 3 holos u are below average, thats why u dont get so much free unlocks.
Start grinding.... still .... or let it be ... jedi is only for the most dedicated.... with people with no job.....

Oops. I think I made a boo-boo
I did Whips mission to unlock Survival, but converted all the XP I have to Combat. So survival has no XP, and combat has had novice filled and 3/4 of any of the first boxes.
Can I now grind millions of XP and convert it to either Survival or Combat XP?
Thanks in advance

architect is 35 : 1 (on live)... (I think the devs missed this one. while it might be trivial to grind out 240k of architect xp - it is still not trival to come up with the resources...)
