On Page 5 it was posted Tempest is in Phase 3. I also posted another thread with the info

Totally missed that... sorry about that. Alright then, all servers are now on phase 3.



Just did my edits and realized I didn't miss it, I just only changed it in the "keeping track of when things shifted" section and not the "current phase" section... whoops.
