From another post here in the FS forums, it appears Eclipse has switched to Phase 2 as of June 25th's reset.

bloodfin is still in phase 1 without double exp

Just go find out if you are in game.

Think there is any chance in h311 that when the servers go down later today for double exp to go in (asuming they do) think that it is at all possible that some of the servers will switch over to phase 2? Or not a chance?
