/sign - my alt is borked - cannot do captains quest cause I started it last phase - didn't finish it. I have no quest completed in my quest crystal for it. Captain tells me to get some sleep or whatever. Please fix this - this is the last column I need open.

I don't know what the trouble is. I did Melee Defense quest last phase 4 (my first unlock). Did Ranged Speed this phase 4. I didn't even do any fancy-dancy round-about talking to people. I rode right into Aurillia, went right to Captain Sarguillo and talked to him. The only option he gave me this time was Ranged Speed. Selected it, finished it that afternoon. Got the statue, filling the tree, yada-yada-yada. Not sure what the trouble is with everybody else.
