It's at the Exar Kun Sith temple (in the POI tab). General Dodonna and Luke are in there. They are just the final step in the rebel theme park.

Dont forget Boro<-sp Hutt in the back of a Cantina, I cant really remember, I think its in Moenia, Naboo, there is a Blue Hutt character you can do his theme.

Something's Wrong, the missions are not instancing the npcs to complete the quests?
Curious if anyone else was having issues is all.

I have experienced this also. I was able to determine that being in a group with OTHER players that had missions (hence the yellow arrowpoint and mission wp in your datapad) interfered with the spawn at my mission waypoint. The solution is to drop group. You may also try waiting for the group missions to be completed if you want. I cannot explain why the dynamics of the group affect your spawn, but I know the mentioned approach works.

Some Jedi players consider them selves so elite that they look down on other players who are not Jedi, while I am Jeid this is something I will not do.
You need to do the following theme parks: Jabba the Hutt's theme park.
Nym's theme park.
Rebel or Imperial faction theme park.
The Warren quest on Dantooine.
There are also 3-5 POI badges you need. While I don't know all the must have POI badges you need, I do know that the ruins of the ancient Jedi temple on Dantooine are one of the badges you need for sure.

I just came back from nearly a year hiatus from the game. I went through Rebel Theme Park up to meeting Han Solo on Lok. I don' know if I have completed it or not. How can I tell?
Do you get a Rebel Insignia ring when you finish? Thank you.

The best way I know how to tell if you completeed Han Solo's part is to go talk to him. If he gives you a mission then you havent finished with him and if he says go to Yavin 4 then you have done all his.
I know that sounds like i am being a smart arse. It is truely not my intention. That is the best way i know.

When you've finished a themepark you get a badge so it's easy to know when you are really done.

he was not asking about the whole TP. Because Luke Skywalker is the last person you get missions from. He asked if he had finished with Han Solo's part.
