You know they can change things during server downtimes, right? Looks like you're the one who's plain stupid.

Personally, I value my time far too much not to "nade" grind.

I had 2 free unlocks (yes, I've been at this forever, I took a few month break), and then ground 1 tree the hard way and found the experience to be simply ridiculous. There is no "game", no fun, no story or purpose to be had in the mindless repetetive killing of these critters. It is the videogame equivalent of factory work. If they insist on having such a boring system in place then I will do everything I can to spend as little time in that system as possible and still achieve my goals.

You say nade grinding is cheap, I say not nade grinding is bloody stupid. Play smarter, not harder. I already have a job, I don't need to pay the folks at SOE to give me another one.

You did grind it, and while maybe you didn't use the grenades you DID DID DID DID get combat xp.... And if it wasn't for that small portion of combat xp it would have taken you guys 10 times as long to have done it, SU and take your already jedi arses out of this topic of conversation... as you already got yours... easier than we have to do it now!

Actually it would have taken them just a little less than twice as long without Combat Experience, since 6000 weapons experience and 600 combat experience were equal when it came to FS experience conversion. Only people who used grenades solely would face a 10x longer grind with this fix.

Just an F.Y.I because some people are incredibly thick, using nades isn't an exploit.
